We take product quality extremely seriously, every sex dolls are thoroughly inspected and tested before leaving our warehouse. When you received your sex doll, Please check the package carefully to make sure it is in good condition. However, if the product you have received is damaged or has manufacturing defects please follow these steps:
1) Email customer support, providing your name, your order number and an explanation of the problem: Emmy@cheapsexdoll.co.uk
2) Attach evidence (either photographs or videos) showing the described defects.
3) Our team will check it and contact you asap.
4) If the problem was caused by us, or the product has any manufacturing defects please rest assured we will take care of it.

Please understand due to the nature of sex doll products, warranty Claims for manufacturing defects must be made within 24 hours of product delivery. Damage resulting from the improper use of the product will not be covered by the Product Warranty.

Cancellations & Refunds:
A cancellation of an order prior to shipment based on ‘change of mind’ or ‘changing circumstances’ is not offered.
There are several reasons for this. Due to our efficient methods of shipping and dispatching, all orders are processed through to our warehousing team(s) within 12 hours after your order is received. Staff within our operation (office and warehousing workers) work at different times to each other which means that orders cannot be amended.

Reminder:
1, We do not offer refunds for any other reason other than a product damaged on arrival.
2, We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a replacement. Please contact us within 24 hours after delivered.
3, Order cancellation is impossible once the package has been shipped out.
4, We don’t offer a refund if the doll has been used.

Returns
Due to hygiene reasons and part of our ‘Brand New’ policy, returns are no offered as a means to ensure that every customer receives a brand new product that has never been previously used or opened by another. We require the item to be unopened, unused or unworn and have packaging or tags intact.

Undeliverable Orders
Please make sure your shipping information is 100% correct. What you provide is exactly what your shipping label will be printed. Orders returned to us as undeliverable will result in a 50% processing fee and no shipping refund will be issued.
